Dr.Y.S.R Horticultural University, formerly known as Andhra Pradesh Horticultural University was established in the year 2007 at Hyderbad. Research needs are organized through Project identification and Project monitoring and evaluation for the Research students. 

Dr.Y.S.R Horticultural University aims at developing manpower and high end technologies to solve problems faced in the field of Horticulture. It also targets making Horticulture a remunerative enterprise in the state.  Dr.Y.S.R University offers diploma, Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctorate courses in Horticulture and Agriculture domains. Hand on experience to the Final Year Graduate students adds value to their education and increases their exposure substantially.

DRYSRHU has conduct many exams on a regular and part time basis for their UG/PG courses like Diploma, Graduate, Post Graduate and Doctorate etc Semester/Yearly.
