Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University or better known as T.M. University, Bhagalpur was established in the year 1960. Formerly known as Bhagalpur University, the name was changed to its current name in the year 1991. Prof. (Dr.) Nilambuj Kishore Verma is the current Vice Chancellor of the TMBU.
