Job details of East Central Railway Recruitment:

Total Number of Vacancies – 422 (Apprentice Training)

• Fitter: 240 Vacancies
• Machinist: 02 Vacancies
• Welder (G&E): 12 Vacancies
• Electrician: 18 Vacancies
• MMTM: 01 Vacancy
• Turner: 03 Vacancies
• Wireman: 29 Vacancies
• Mechanic (R&AC): 08 Vacancies
• Electronics Mechanic: 70 Vacancies
• Mechanic (Diesel): 39 Vacancies

Academic Qualifications – Applicants should have cleared Matriculation or 10+2 from a recognized institution with 55% marks with an ITI Degree (NCVT) in Trades

Age group -   
• Applicants should be between 15 and 24 years  - For UR
• Applicants should be between 15 and 27 years – For OBC
• Applicants should be between 15 and 29 years – For SC/ST
• Applicants should be between 15 and 34 years – For PH (UR)
• Applicants should be between 15 and 37 years – For PH (OBC)
• Applicants should be between 15 and 39 years – For PH (SC/ST)

Fees for the Application –
• No Fees for SC/ ST/PH/ Ex - Serviceman and Female applicants
• Applicants need to take Indian Postal Order (IPO) for Rs.40 payable in favor of
FA and CAO

Process of Selection: Applicants are selected on the basis of their written test and viva voce 

Application Procedure: Applicants apply in the suggested format after attesting them by a Gazetted Officer, IPO
• Copy of educational certificates
• Copy of relationship certificate
• Copy of physically handicapped certificate
• Send the above along with a Caste certificate and a self addressed envelope (size 11x5) and affixed stamps by ordinary post prior to or on 14th March 2016 by 4pm
