HOS stands for Haryana Open School which believes in ‘universalisation of Education’ with the aim of providing Education for all at their door steps and for those individuals who have not been able to enroll in the Formal system or have dropped out due to some reasons. The examinations are conducted annually, on demand and supplementary according to the prescribed syllabus. Openness and flexibility is the main essence of Haryana Open Schools.
This HOS board facilitates the students by giving six chances to write an exam over a period of three years. On demand examination is conducted any number of times according to the convenience of the students. A certificate of qualification is awarded by the HOS Board after passing the examination.
