The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board or GSBE is an educational establishment which is responsible for the decisions taken by the State Educational system of Gujarat. It sees that all the decisions taken by the Gujarat Board are implemented by the schools in the state. The academic task of GSBE is to prepare the syllabus for different classes, inspecting the different schools of the state, and evaluating the performances.
The GSBE conducts final examination for 10th class and issues a certificate for passing the same. The exams are conducted in the month of March and supplementary are conducted in the month of October. The papers are set in six different languages to facilitate the students. Hall ticket or Admit Card is an important document which is to be produced while writing the exam. The students are requested to collect their Hall Tickets from their respective schools. The hall tickets will be issued one month before the exams.
