Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar conducts Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2016, an All India entrance examination qualifies those applicants who would like to pursue the under graduate and post graduate Law courses such as LL.B and LL.M at 14 National Law Universities across the country. It would be conducted most probably on the 11th of May this year. Who can apply?
• The applicant must go through the eligibility criteria prior to applying to take the exam
• For an Under graduate - The applicant needs to have cleared his SSC or 10+2 with an aggregate of 45% - General Category
• For an Under graduate - The applicant needs to have cleared his SSC or 10+2 with an aggregate of 40% - SC/ST Category
• For a Post graduate – The applicant needs to have cleared his LL.B or B.L or an equivalent Graduate Degree with an aggregate of 55% - General Category
• For a Post graduate – The applicant needs to have cleared his LL.B or B.L or an equivalent Graduate Degree with an aggregate of 50% - SC/ST Category
• Age Group for General Category – 20 years
• Age Group for SC/ST Category – 22 years

Process of Selection:
Applicants are selected on the basis of their marks in the CLAT 2016 exam
Application Procedure:
• The application form is available online - www.clat.ac.in
• The application form should be completely filled after reading the instructions carefully.
•The application form can also be submitted online by logging onto www.gnlu.ac.in or www.clat.ac.in
• Once all the essential details are filled, the application form can be submitted.
• Please refer to the notification for further details
• The application form can be submitted at the following address prior to the last date of admission
