Centre for Environmental Planning & Technology University or known as CEPT was established in the year 1962 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Initially it was run by Ahmedabad Education Society (AES), later on the responsibility was taken over by a separate trust by CEPT. Dr. Bimal Patel is the current president of CEPT.
CEPT Ahmedabad offers courses in mainly 5 fields of interest – Architecture, Planning, Building Science and Technology, Design and Technology Management. The infrastructure of CEPT is sophisticated and offers security. Women’s cell, expansive Library, Workshops, IT Services and Campus services comes as a package deal.
