Board of Secondary Education of Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) is also known as the Directorate of Government Examinations. It was established in 1953 and functions as an autonomous body under the Andhra Pradesh’s Department of Education. The board regulates and supervises the system of Secondary Education in the state. It executes and governs various activities that include devising of course of study, prescribing syllabus, conducting examinations, granting recognitions to schools, and providing support, direction, and leadership for all secondary educational institutions.

SSC (Secondary School Certificate) is a public examination which is conducted annually by the AP Board and a certificate is provided by the SSC board those who have cleared the examination. This certificate is an indication of completion of 10 years of schooling. The exams are held during March and the results are announced in the month of May. The results can be obtained from the below mentioned sites. The students are given grades according to their marks.
