RGNIYD Sriperumbudur offers post graduate courses in Youth Empowerment, Career Counselling, Gender Studies, Local Governance, Life Skills Education and Development Practice. Library and well experienced faculty members’ acts as a guiding light for students. RGNIYD established its Community Radio Station (CRS) titled 'llanthalir' meaning 'tender leaf with a frequency of 107.20 MHz.
