Job Position:
• Determining the incident at first level and providing resolution to them on a 24*7 basis
• Responsible for service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels
• Responsible for client interface with outstanding communication abilities
• Responsible for maintain and monitoring activities proactively on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Responsible or following compliance's (quality/Security& disciplinary) to manage global customers and also defined for the workplace
• Support & Monitoring of the availability, capacity usage, errors and failures of computer, Storage, network platforms, processes, OS, job scheduling etc.
• Escalation of matters to higher level as and when required

Qualification: BCA, B.Sc, M.Sc   

Experience: Freshers year 2016 Pass outs

Eligibility:
• BCA/B.Sc (All branches except Nursing/Agriculture/Hotel management) /M.Sc (All branches) Only FULL TIME programs
• Candidates should be year 2016 pass out
• 40% and above in 10th and 12th ,50% and above in graduation and post-graduation
• No standing arrears
• M.Sc with 5 years Integrated course is not eligible
