Job Position: Technical Support Voice Process
Job Description:
• Responsible for analyzing issues of customers & provide solution keeping customer satisfaction intact
• Solving Hardware & Networking related issues
• Technical trouble-shooting & Customer support to international clients via phone calls(only inbound calls, no selling)
• Should possess excellent spoken English skills
• Aspirants should be ready to work for 5 days/week with 2 week offs(on rotational basis)
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts, as per business requirement
Qualification: BE, B.Tech, BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, BHM, M.Sc, MA, M.Com
Experience: 0 - 4 year
Eligibility:
• Require Fresher & Experienced candidates(18-45 years of age)
• Undergraduates & Graduates both are eligible
• Knowledge on basic computers-MS Office (word/excel/power point) is preferred
• Candidates pursued CA,CS, PGDM, M.Sc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, B. Pharma, M.Pharma etc. (or equivalent ), or pursuing any regular course are NOT eligible
• BE/ B.tech ( only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible
