Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University or PSTU was formerly known as Telugu University and was established in the year 1985. It was given its current name in the year 1998. The head quarter of PSTU was in Hyderabad whereas campuses were set up in Sri Sailam and Rajahmundry. The main aim of PSTU was to inculcate teaching habits in Language, Literature, History, Culture, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Religion and Philosophy of the Telugu speaking people.
