Post Matric Scholarships (ePASS) 2016-2016 Andhra and Telangana Application Status
Dear visitors, the welfare department of Government of Andhra and Telangana has taken an initiative to enable the students who have successfully cleared the 10th standard to pursue their further education. They are offering the fellowships for the post matric studies like ITI, Polytechnic and other professional and vocational courses, Graduation and Post-Graduation and also for doctorate.
ePass Post Matric Scholarships details:
• RTF: The Government will grant the refund of complete tuition fee of the students who are pursuing the post matric courses. Please note that the approval of University or Board is needed for this.
• RTF is granted two times in the year. This is done in the month of September and March of the year enrolled in.
• MTF: The board will also provide the students with the Maintenance allowance this is sanctioned monthly and will be as per the set guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Those candidates are who belong to schedule castes and tribes and whose parental income is less than 2 lakhs per annum. For candidates of BC, EBC and physically challenged the annual income must be below 1 lakhs per annum.
• Also the minimum attendance of 75% is required of the students by the end of courses enrolled.
• Those students are not eligible who are enrolled for online or part time courses. Also the students who are taking the courses through open and distant mode of studies will not be granted with the scholarships.
• This scholarship is valid on for all post matric colleges which are recognized by the government of Andhra Pradesh and Telengana.
