The College of Engineering, Vizagpatnam established in 1946 is now known as JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University), Kakinada. Initially it was affiliated to Andhra University; it became a part of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University w.e.f 02-10-1972.

The JNTU world offers courses such as B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, M.Phil, MBA, MCA, MSIT, B.Pharmacy, M.B.A, M.C.A, M.Pharmacy in the field of Engineering, Science and Humanities and a Ph.D in all streams. The mode of admission is based on the Merit. JNTUK announces the dates of UG & PG 1st 2nd 3rd 4th Final year and 1, 2-1, 2-2, 3-1, 3-2, 4-1, 4-2 RR, R05, R07, R09, R10, R11, R13 Sem Regular/Supply examination 2016-16 for its various courses. The JNTUK Kakinada examinations are normally held in the months of March/ April respectively through semester system. The time tables for the respective course examination could also be accessed at www.indianresults.info. The students can either download their time table directly from the official links as given below or they can log on to jntuk.edu.in, the official website.

1. Log onto the official website - www.jntuk.edu.in
2. Go to the Exam Time Table under ‘Examination’ or go to the News and Events section on the Home Page
3. Open the Exam Time Table page from the link mentioned and search for the time table of the course examination that you are interested to take
4. The student is expected to download, save and print the exam schedule for the relevant course
