• Examiner (SS) – 09 vacancies
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 - 20,200/- + GP - Rs.1800/-
• Electroplator (SS) – 05 vacancies
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 - 20,200/- + GP - Rs.1800/-
• Electrician (SS) – 02 vacancies
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 - 20,200/- + GP - Rs.1800/-
• Fitter Electronics (SS) – 02 vacancies
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 - 20,200/- + GP - Rs.1800/-
• Millwright (SS) – 07 vacancies

Academic Qualifications –
• The applicant should have completed their Matriculation/NAC/NTC by the National Council of Trades for Vocational Training certificate in the respective domain – For 3rd and 6th Vacancies
• The applicant should have completed their Matriculation/NAC/NTC by the National Council of Trades for Vocational Training certificate in the Machinist and Fitter domain – For 1st and 2nd Vacancies
• Kindly refer to the notification to understand position wise academic qualification
Age group – As on 01/05/2016
• The applicant should be between 18 and 32 years old
• Relaxation in age is for SC/ST/OBC/XSM/Government Servants based on the rules
Fees for the Application –
• Rs. 50 as a Crossed Indian Postal Order/DD needs to be drawn in favor of the "General Manager", Engine Factory Avadi
• No Fees for XSM/PH/SC/ST applicants

Process of Selection:
• The applicant is selected based on their performance in the written test and a practical trade test
Application Procedure:
• Go online to the http://efa.gov.in/ between the 20th of May and 09th of June 2016
• Applicants apply in the suggested format
• Once the application is filled, print out the same and along with the attested copies of documents essential for admission should be sent after mentioning the position applied for, to the following address using ordinary post by 16th June 2016 –
