Job Position: Social Media Analyst
Job Description:
• Accountable for forming day-to-day and weekly social media reports based on clients requirements using social media content aggregation tools such as Brand watch, Radian6, etc.
• Listen, monitor and analyze social media content to identify the relevant issues, threats and opportunities and develop concise reports to inform stakeholders
• Need to implement listening queries in social media measurement tools to monitor “brand-specific” online conversation in target relevant sites
• Generate wide-ranging standard reports/dashboards that visually represent KPIs and inform stakeholders about potential areas of success and failures
• Maintain familiarity with social media tools
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Freshers
Eligibility:
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree(preference will be freshers)
• Robust and demonstrated analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Brilliant report writing capabilities
• Positive attitude with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and a rapidly-changing market
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Willing to take additional responsibilities such as updation of client website, administration of courses, certifications, content publishing, email necessary stakeholders etc.

Remuneration: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
