• Motto is to contract to hire or direct hire opportunities in IT staffing Recruiting agency by means of cold calling, networking, referrals, data base searches or job posting partners.
• Meet and excel predefined goals set by the organization
• Follow the procedures and policies of recruitment
• Maintain ongoing relationships with the client and candidates by providing suitable and qualified candidates and listen to their demand and concerns.
• candidate should have desire to work on path of success by managing multiple assignments, providing better environment to candidates
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Fresher
Eligibility:
• Excellent communication skill-both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Ms Office/ Ms Excel
• Knowledge in social networks
Location: Bangalore
Remuneration: To be discussed
